AlmStrong, L3C was designed to offer a variety of real estate services, from consulting to sales to creative financing.

 

Our group ranges in experience from development to sales and investments. AlmStrong was created to provide solutions to real estate needs in a variety types of projects. The ultimate goal is hidden in clear view, that's right, why we do what we do it all in our name: AlmStrong - which means Strong Alms or Strong Giving. Our goal is to function and operate off of 10% of all proceeds while be able to resource 90% of the rest to various organizations and causes on a sustainable basis.

       Behind every new project, there are a number of key players: the developers; the architects; the interior designers; the sales teams; and, depending on how high-profile the project, others, like an A-list restaurateur and luxury concierges. Many times, there’s someone else involved who gets little public credit but plays an intimate and vidal role: the real estate consultant.

       As real estate consultants, we provide various types of expertise and fulfill a number of roles. We can assist and advise clients on pre-development decisions, and become involved in a project from inception: before any of the property acquisitions are secured, the feasibility reports are run and the architecture firm is hired; to after when needed to help guide decisions regarding unit mix, pricing and design and even after all of that, to help define the project’s brand, hone in on the target market and build an online presence.
